The Collective builds sophisticated technology, and not all citizens are experts. DAB is doing a great job bridging the gap and advising decisions. We appreciate their work, and the proposal makes sense. We're voting for this proposal.
At SEEDGov, we support the DAB’s expanded responsibilities, which justify the proposed changes, including the Lead’s compensation increase to 30,000 OP and the introduction of new roles like Mission Scouts. We support the budget request and changes to the scope of the DAB as the DAB has been critical in the operations of the Grants Council and contributions to the Collective.
Vote For. The DAB has generally demonstrated a high level of usefulness, both to the Grants Council, and in community understanding and evaluation of protocol upgrades.
It's an absolute must to accomplish Season 7. Zach's work was amazing same as the entire DAB and I trust they will deliver.
While doubling the budget is a big ask, the idea of a collective run devrel team is exciting!
We support this proposal as it builds on the DAB's success in Season 6 while expanding its role to address key areas like audit coordination, Mission support, and developer engagement. The proposal introduces valuable improvements, including streamlined processes, the addition of “Mission Scouts” to design targeted Missions, and enhanced support for grant applicants. With proven leadership from Zach, clear accountability through measurable KPIs, and responsibilities that align with the Collective’s growth, this proposal will improve technical oversight and foster greater developer participation.
The 190k OP budget is well-balanced, providing necessary support without excessive spending.
Consider it pond-approved.
