I'm supportive of these intents for the Collective
These Intents focus largely on growth initiatives, and a considerably expanded budget to do so. This is the primary need for Optimism at the moment, and it makes sense to focus on this season of grants.

All of the proposed Intents make perfect sense. Excited to see Intent 2 can make impact on the growth of Optimism ecosystem.
Great intents. Especially #2. There is a lot of competition for market share right now, it is the right season to double down on this.
I like the focus here.
I don't think Intent 1 will ever disapear and it's the core of what we are doing here. I have to say I love Intent 2 and the superchain alignment for better integration. It's also nice to see Intent 3 becoming more developer oriented instead of "builders" and narrowing the scope.

I like the governance part which appears to be a sad area in the previous rounds and the decentralization of power to superchain.
