After carefully reviewing all the material provided by this proposal and the accompanying explanations, we have voted in favor of this upgrade as we see it as a net positive for OP Mainnet.
We have reviewed the specs and the summary of the changes in the call. RIP-7212 change leads to a better UX and we are great to see this and other improvements including the new compression implementation in this upgrade.
Honestly, I have been surprised lately how relatively expensive it is to transact on OP mainnet, any effort to reduce these costs is great!

The new features added with this upgrade are very well thought. Less gas and more security is a no-brainer and I want to thank the DAB members for their explanation.
Voted for based on the nontechnical summary. This upgrade is a big win for users as it will reduces L1 gas costs which results in cheaper transactions. While I am not familiar with the technical aspects of the upgrade, I have read the recommendations from others and believe it is ready for upgrading
